swimming tasks

Over the past weeks, the nonswimmers had to do three tasks. One of them created your own yearbook page, it had to represent you and you were able to put down what your nickname is and a bunch of other cool stuff. this is my yearbook page, take a look and let me know if there's anything I can add.

Term 4, new goals!

Hello friends,

Term four is a busy term and as we gradually get to the end of intermediate and the start of high school, I want to get better and faster at number knowledge, some of my mathematical goals this term are working up to bricks 25, 26 and 27, what I will be practicing:

How will I accomplish this? by spending at least 20min of Tuesday and Thursday to practice my bricks.
Another challenge for me will be to follow through with what I have set out to do. Wish me luck friends.

Fashionable Night.

yesterday night Toroa hub put on a fashion show for the parents as an end of term performance. My group's outfit is made out of polypropylene yarn, plastic bags, and bottle caps scattered throughout the back to represent the outstanding coral reefs in places like the arctic or just off the coast of Australia. Our piece’s message is about the contrast between man-made elements and natural elements. Nature is beautiful and we must protect it.

Hi bloggers my friend and I made a few vocabulary word art. we took some of the most used words and came up with even better words to use instead of that one boring word.

In class we had to find out what are goals are for each category and right them down at the top of each ladder, next we had to right how we will get there. then we had to find a creative way to show it.

Last week our class started doing some art, first we had to sketch out our names, then we made our names look a bit more interesting, after that we colored our names in pastel and last but not least we went over the out line in sharpie. and this was the result. please comment if you like it.
